Overview

After a spell of separation brought on by prison, two African-American brothers reunite through Yoruba mythology and live music. Ritual and reality intertwine in this deeply moving fable about the bond between brothers. Tarell Alvin McCraney's The Brothers Size had its UK premiere in a co-production between the Young Vic and Actors Touring Company in 2007.

It was remounted the following year, and received a long-awaited revival at the Young Vic in 2018.
